Lil’ Cozy Kids offers personalized and customized products that are made specifically according to the information, names, photographs, designs, and other details provided by the customer.

Because our products are customized, they may not be resold or reused for another customer.

2. Placing an Order

When placing an order, you are responsible for providing accurate and complete information, including:

• Customer name

• Delivery address

• Phone number

• Email address, where applicable

• Name/spelling to be printed

• Photographs or other customization details

• Product and quantity selected

Please carefully review all information before completing your purchase.

Once a customized order has been processed or production has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

3. Customer-Provided Information

Lil’ Cozy Kids will use the information, photographs, names, and designs provided by the customer solely for fulfilling the customized order and related customer-service purposes, subject to our Privacy Policy.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary rights or permission to provide any photograph, name, artwork, logo, or other content submitted for customization.

By submitting such content, you confirm that its use for fulfilling your order does not knowingly violate the rights of another person or entity.

4. Customization

Customers are responsible for checking the spelling, photographs, designs, and other customization details submitted at the time of ordering.

Lil’ Cozy Kids is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.

If an error is made by Lil’ Cozy Kids while producing the customized product, the issue will be handled in accordance with our Return, Refund & Replacement Policy.

5. Pricing and Payment

All product prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (₹), unless otherwise stated.

Prices, offers, discounts, and product specifications may be changed or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

Orders will be processed only after successful payment confirmation.

Lil’ Cozy Kids reserves the right to cancel an order in exceptional circumstances, including pricing errors, technical errors, suspected fraudulent transactions, or inability to fulfill an order.

If an order is cancelled by us after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded to the customer.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We use third-party logistics and shipping partners to deliver orders.

Delivery timelines displayed on the website are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, shipping partner, weather, operational conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping partner, delivery is subject to the shipping partner's processes and timelines.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and a reachable phone number.

7. Failed Delivery & RTO

If an order cannot be delivered because of an incorrect phone number, incomplete address, customer unavailability, failure to respond to delivery attempts, or other reasons attributable to the customer, the shipment may be returned to Lil’ Cozy Kids.

RTO shipments may take approximately 25–30 days to reach us.

Once the product is received by us, it may be resent to the customer after payment of the applicable ₹100 re-shipping fee.

8. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Because our products are customized specifically for each customer, standard returns are not accepted.

Refunds, replacements, or partial compensation may be provided only in circumstances covered by our Return, Refund & Replacement Policy, including certain errors made by us or products lost during shipping.

By placing an order, you agree to the terms of that policy.

9. Lost or Undelivered Orders

If an order is confirmed as lost during transit or cannot be delivered due to an issue attributable to Lil’ Cozy Kids or our shipping partner, the customer may choose between:

• A full refund; or

• A replacement order shipped at no additional cost.

The resolution will be provided after the issue has been verified.

10. Website Use

You agree to use the Lil’ Cozy Kids website only for lawful purposes.

You must not:

• Use the website for fraudulent or unlawful activities

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our website or systems

• Copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute website content without permission

We make reasonable efforts to display product colours, designs, sizes, and appearance accurately on our website.

However, actual colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on the customer's screen, lighting, photography, printing process, and material.

Such minor variations do not necessarily constitute a product defect.

14. Third-Party Services

Our website may use third-party services for payment processing, shipping, analytics, communication, or other business operations.

These services may have their own terms and privacy policies. Lil’ Cozy Kids is not responsible for the independent policies or practices of third-party service providers.
